Same Great Quality but the sample color isn't close to the color

I ordered this color based on the sample above, this color is NOT even close to the actual color. The bottle color is more accurate for the color tone, but it is much much darker and browner. The sample looks like a rich maroon.
There are no hints of maroon/plum in the actual color. Good news is it is the same great quality of essie otherwise I would be furious. I suggest waiting until it is in a local store to see the color and then order it on line.
