Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a strict return policy because many of the items being sold can be used and returned. We will not sell any used products nor accept returns on any potentially used products due to the risk of cross contamination from one customer to another. Please keep in mind the policies listed below are to protect our customers and provide them with only the newest untouched products from the finest manufacturers.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can a SPECIAL ORDER item be returned to enailsupply.com All SPECIAL ORDERS are non refundable and will not be accepted back for any credit or refund. Buyer understands that SPECIAL ORDERS can take an extended period of time to fulfill the order and in no way will hold enailsupply.com liable for delays in manufacturing, shipping, or dissatifaction with delivered product. All Special Order Sales Are Final
Also, ALL FURNITURE and ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE purchases are non-refundable. Damaged or broken items will be replaced only after proper documentation has been obtained and agreed to by enailsupply.com. All damages must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. All claims after 24 hours are void and null. All Sales Are Final, no exceptions.
All claims for damaged goods or packages arriving damaged must be called into the website at 732-276-8599 within 24 hrs of delivery.

We insist that you contact us in advance for a return authorization citing why you wish to return the merchandise.
Some (see next paragraph) unused , unopened product may be returned for a refund or exchange, as long as you have requested and received a return authorization within 7 days of receiving. Please contact us at email@example.com
We cannot accept returns on any nail polish, acrylics, UV gels, treatments, top coats, base coats and lacquers due to health issues.
Any item returned to us without a return authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Any item that is returned to us with a proper return authorization will be assessed a $7.50 processing fee. We are sorry for this cost however in order to recover exorbitant Visa / MasterCard / Amex / Discover fees this charge is necessary.
COSMETICS :Used cosmetics and eyelashes may not be returned. In order to authorize a return on cosmetics, the product must never have been used. We will not accept any returns if the products have been used.
Liquids/Lotions/Washes:Any liquid,cream,gel,lotion etc. (acrylic liquids, removers, Lotions, washes, nail treatments, fungus liquids/creams, tanning lotions, moisturizers etc cannot be returned due to health issues). We cannot and will not resell an item after it has been shipped from our location. I am sure you as a customer would appreciate this policy in order to protect your best interest. We do this for a multitude of health related issues.
Wax: Any wax warmers or waxes cannot be returned if they are opened or used in anyway.
NAIL POLISH and ACRYLICS :We cannot accept returns on any nail polish, treatments, top coats, base coats and lacquers due to health issues. We cannot accept returns on any Acrylic powders or gels.
SUNDRIES/HARD GOODS/MIRRORS :Any such product may be returned as long as the return is made within 20 days of purchase. The product must be in it's original packaging, in perfect condition with all paperwork included and can be restocked and resold as new.
Hair Appliances: eNailSupply does not accept any returns on Flat Irons, Curling Irons, Hair Dryers, Trimmers, Clippers, Hair Rollers, UV Nail Dryers etc unless the item is defective. All items must be in New and Unused Condition. ALL RETURNS NEED AN RA# in order to be returned. All items will be inspected upon return.
INTERNATIONAL SALES :All sales to customers outside the United States and it's Territories are final. Any and all V.A.T, Taxes and/or Duties which may or may not be levied by your government is the receiver's sole responsibility for payment. Please check with your government's Customs office for details before making your purchase. Shipments which do not clear foreign Customs and are returned to us unclaimed will be assessed a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping cost being deducted from the refunded amount. Purchases of 110v appliances used with an adapter on 220v current is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All manufacturer warranties are void with such usage. We make no claims that any 110v appliance will function properly when used on 220v with a voltage converter. Such usage is AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK. Should we elect to grant an appliance return from an International customer, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the laws and restrictions of their country. We will not be held responsible for any packages that are returned to eNailSupply.com due to your countries restriction. The international buyer who places the order will accept all fees and costs associated with the return shipment no greater then a 35% restocking fee.
HAZERDOUS MATERIAL SHIPPING (HAZ MAT) (United States and International):If for any reason an order is canceled after shipping charges have been agreed upon you will be assessed a restocking fee due to the cost incurred for HazMat shipping preparations.
If for any reason an order is canceled after Haz-Mat packaging has occurred there will be a 25% restocking fee on the total cost of the order to recover 3rd party Haz Mat packaging fees.
EXCHANGES:We will be happy to authorize a return for an exchange on any product as long as it can be restocked and resold as new This does not include nail polish, top coats, base coats, treatments, lotions and scrubs. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the cost to ship an exchange.
SHIPPING ERRORS : If we make an error and send you something that you did not order, you of course may return the item. We will rectify the error in a timely manner and reimburse you for any shipping expense you might have incurred. Please call or email us to discuss the details prior to returning any item.
SHIPPING METHODS : eNailSupply.com has the right to substitute UPS for US Priority Mail without prior authorization, this is due to the inconsistent performance of US Priority Mail and the amount of packages that are lost by the US Mail System. We do this for a few reasons, UPS is much more reliable and has detailed tracking. US Priority mail going long distances tends to be slower then UPS. UPS is insurable and we can easily file a claim with UPS in order to reship your product quickly. US Mail's insurance system includes mountains of paperwork and requires the claimant to wait 30 days before a claim can be filed.
CANCELLED ORDERS :Any order canceled by the customer prior to processing will be deleted from our system without any charge. Should an order be canceled by the customer after it has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel at his expense or refusing delivery. Upon receipt back to our warehouse, the merchandise cost on the refused or returned parcel will be refunded to the customer's credit card less the original shipping cost and restocking fees(20%-25%).
REFUSED ORDERS / DID NOT PICKUP ORDER FROM UPS HUB: Any package refused for delivery or any package that was requested by the customer to be held at a UPS delivery hub and then returned to eNailSupply will incur a 25% restocking fee plus if shipping was free the outbound and return shipping fees will also be assessed.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED :If an item which was ordered under our "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card.
All returned items must be sent at the customer's expense. Shipping costs on returns as well as the original shipment are never refundable . If we have authorized a return, please ship the item back to us within 10 days of having received the authorization. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or email confirmation if possible. Give us a short description of the situation on the invoice and be sure that a daytime phone number is included so we can contact you if necessary.
