In fact, in all three shades, there is an element of sheer that balances the matte look. Mitzi as a color is bold green but once you apply it you will notice a certain understated appeal which makes it all the more hip!
But I have to admit, a three coat application is really needed if you want the perfect finish. The nail color is thick and pigmented so be really careful to avoid lumps. The good thing is, once you are done, there is nothing better to dip your fingers in, this season!
