Zoya Intimate - Spring 2011
Passion is the only word I could think of, when I first saw the Zoya Intimate collection 2011. Passion that takes over all the other senses, passion in life, in love and in everything one believes in. Zoya perhaps understands the woman in us only too well. It has brought forth a gorgeous creation of creamy metallics in colors that are effortlessly charming and mysterious.
I like pinks and for me, the magical spell of Marley was irresistible! It’s a soft pink with a touch of mauve and a whisper of silver. The finish has a pearl-like shine that will entwine your fingers with neat elegance.
Try the glossily opaque Dove if grey is the color for you this spring. Dove is a beautiful light and soft stone grey with a purple tint. Caitlin has grey that has plunged into dark purple. It’s a sultry crème that spreads well. Ah, I loved Danny which is purple-pink with high sparkle. The silver metallic flecks add vivaciousness to its brightness. I don’t like golden hues too much but I wouldn’t mind trying Jules that’s has experimented by using gold with grey with a silvery shimmer. It’s a unique hue that lends a glamorous look to the nails.
I will vote for Gemma any day. What a lovely shade of olive green! It doesn’t stop at being green- the color of spring- but goes to throw up a muted splash of blue and violet over it. So don’t waste a minute in ordering yourself a sampler of these exquisite shades. Try once and you will covet these nail colors for years to come!
